No Outcome Decision Guarantees:

• Outcomes are dependent on a variety of factors outside of individual control. I do not provide guarantees for any outcomes, including admissions outcomes, publication outcomes, dissertation approval outcomes, and more. Such decisions are not and cannot be guaranteed. I am not liable for any outcomes and any damages arising from the uses of my services.

Academic Integrity and Generative Artificial Intelligence:

• I do not write essays, academic articles, admissions documents, or any written text for others. 
• I do not use generative artificial intelligence technologies, including ChatGPT, in any of my services.
• By enlisting my services, you agree to refrain from using generative artificial intelligence technologies, such as ChatGPT, during our working relationship. I believe such uses of generative text present potential for academic dishonesty, unforeseen liabilities, and copyright violations in the future.
• If I suspect any use of such generative artificial intelligence technologies during our working relationship, I may intervene immediately as I see fit. I may terminate the consultation and subsequent services without providing refunds.

Age Requirements:

• You must be of legal age of majority in your place of residence to be able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law to enlist my services.
• If you are a minor who would like to enlist my services, you must obtain permission from your legal guardian and I must have contact with your guardian prior to coming to any agreement.

• I update this website regularly, but I cannot guarantee that all materials and related media contained herein are entirely accurate, complete, or up to date. You expressly acknowledge and understand that any information or knowledge you gain as a result of using this website is used at your own risk. Participation:

• By enlisting my services, you agree to attend and participate in our agreed-upon consultation sessions. Participation may mean: 1) Being present during the session, 2) Listening, 3) Raising questions, and 4) Sharing comments. 
• If you are unable to attend any meeting and would like to cancel, please notify me in advance and I will reschedule our session. You can expect that I will also notify you in advance if I need to cancel and reschedule a session as well. 

Payment and Refunds:

• To enlist my services, you agree to payment in full for services up front. Services are confirmed after I have provided you price information and after I have received payment. Depending on the transaction time frame, it may take 1-3 days for me to receive payment and confirm your booking.
• If you would like to cancel an unused service that you have purchased, I will discuss with you potential ways to refund, reschedule, or repurpose that session or service.  
• If you miss a consultation session without notice or explanation (no-show), I will discuss with you ways to reschedule the session. If you choose not to reschedule, or I do not receive further communication from you, I may not refund you for the service. 
• Accepted payment methods include Zelle, credit card, bank transfer, and Venmo. An additional processing fee may apply to credit card payments.

Principles of Community:

• I expect us to treat each other with professional respect, understanding, and an eye towards uplifting each other as people. This working environment is necessary for us to grow and develop as professionals and human beings, and I do not tolerate any words or behaviors that can potentially harm our working environment.
• I do not tolerate any words or behaviors that may be perceived, in any sense, as disrespectful or discriminatory towards anyone. If I perceive any sense of disrespectful behavior or words, I will intervene immediately as I see fit. You can expect that I will treat you respectfully as well. 

Accommodations:

• Your success as a writer is imperative, and I strongly believe that we all learn differently. I will support you to truly benefit from this experience. If there are aspects of the consultations that I can implement to help improve your learning, please let me know at any time. 

Free Initial Consultations:

• Free initial consultations are subject to these terms and conditions.
• A free initial consultation is limited to 15 minutes per session; one session per unique project per client; no written feedback provided on projects during consultation; no materials read in advance prior to consultation. 
• Free initial consultation terms and conditions are subject to change.

Giveaways:

• Giveaway consultations are subject to these terms and conditions.
• Giveaways are for adults 18 years or older. The consultation session given to the winner must be used within 60 days of the winner announcement. Instagram giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
